Public resume builder: nothing to request
If you used the free builder without an account, there is nothing to delete. Uploaded files and the temporary session are deleted automatically within 30 minutes.
Delete your account data
- Download anything you want to keep (resumes, cover letters, notes). Deletion cannot be undone.
- Delete individual items such as documents and saved searches from inside your account if you only want to remove part of your data.
- Request full deletion by emailing accretiondinc12@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my ApliBot data. Requests from the account's own address help us confirm it is really you.
- We confirm within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, uploaded resumes and generated documents.
- Job searches, saved jobs, application stages, notes and follow-ups.
- Connected-account tokens stored by ApliBot.
- Your sign-in record in our authentication provider.
What may be kept
Some records may be kept for longer when the law or security requires it, for example billing and tax records for paid features (processed by Stripe), and limited security logs. These are kept only as long as needed and are not used for anything else. Public-page analytics events do not contain your account email and expire after about 90 days.
If you signed in with Google
Deleting your ApliBot data does not change your Google Account. You can also remove ApliBot's access from the third-party connections page of your Google Account at any time.
