About ApliBot

Built in British Columbia, for people applying to jobs in Canada

ApliBot is a free resume builder and job-search workspace. It takes over the repetitive parts of a job search (reformatting, re-tailoring, losing track of follow-ups) so more of your time goes into applications that actually fit, and it never invents experience to get there.

5ATS-friendly resume templates, all single-column, text-based PDFs
15in-depth guides and resume examples, in English and Spanish
0accounts needed to build and download your first resume
30 minmaximum time an upload to the public builder is kept
The people behind the product

The ApliBot team

ApliBot is a small, independent product built by a couple in Surrey, BC. We design it, write the guides, and use it in our own job searches, so every feature has been tested on real applications before it reaches you.

How we write and review our guides

Our resource library is written for people applying in Canada, including newcomers whose experience comes from another country. Every guide follows the same rules:

  1. Written from real applications. Advice comes from what we have seen work when applying through Canadian job boards, company portals and LinkedIn, not from generic templates.
  2. Checked against official sources. Facts about work in Canada are checked against public sources such as the Government of Canada's Job Bank and provincial employment rules before we publish.
  3. Examples are fictional and labelled. Sample resumes use invented people and employers, rendered with the same engine as the free builder, so you can copy the structure without copying anyone's facts.
  4. No promises we can't keep. We never claim a tool can guarantee interviews or offers, and guides are general information, not legal or immigration advice.
  5. Reviewed and dated. Each guide shows when it was last updated, and we revisit them when hiring practices or rules change.
  6. Corrections are welcome. If something is wrong or out of date, email accretiondinc12@gmail.com and we will fix it.

Practical guidance

A resource library of examples and guides written for the Canadian job market, in English and Spanish.

Why we built it

ApliBot started at home. During our own job searches in British Columbia, tailoring a resume for each posting, keeping applications organized and remembering who to follow up with took more time than the applications themselves. Carolina mapped that workflow from the job seeker's side; Sergio turned it into software.

The product is intentionally practical. It focuses on documents, evidence and next steps that you can review and control, and it avoids inventing experience or making promises about hiring outcomes.

Our principles

  • Accuracy first. ApliBot rewrites for clarity and relevance but never adds experience you don't have.
  • You stay in control. You review every document before it is used.
  • Temporary by default. Public-builder uploads are processed in memory and deleted within 30 minutes.
  • Plain-language guidance. Our guides explain the why, not just the what.

How ApliBot is funded

The public resume builder is free. PDF downloads cost nothing, and some pages may show ads, which are always labelled. Optional paid features in the workspace are billed through Stripe. We do not sell resume data, and ads never change the content of a guide.
